This Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Rocky Mountain Events

1. Order Processing

All products sold by Insieme Benefit Shop are handmade home decor items, crafted with care after an order is placed.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday

  • We do not process orders on weekends or US federal holidays

During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after processing is completed:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume shipping periods

Insieme Benefit Shop is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders:

  • Flat Shipping Fee: $5 USD per order

This rate applies regardless of:

  • Order size

  • Number of items

  • Shipping destination

Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system

5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or additional fees

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees

  • We are not responsible for lost packages caused by customer-provided address errors

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you did not receive it:
