Because our products are handmade and produced in small batches or made to order, returns are handled with care and fairness.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or issue refunds only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item received is incorrect compared to the original order

All requests must be submitted within 10 days of started shipping

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Custom-made or personalized handmade items

  • Items that have been used, installed, washed, or altered

  • Natural variations in handmade products (minor color, texture, or pattern differences)

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
